Exactly what I needed! They came to my home, fixed my computer and external hard drive issues, and reviewed a number of storage and functional programs for optimization. They were professional, efficient, accommodating, and are clearly technical experts. Having them come here was so much more convenient and pricing is quite reasonable. I am very grateful for their help! Highly recommend their services!

Job well done, I could not be happier. A corrupt windows update fouled my firmware. They not only fixed it, but my computer now runs better than it did before I took it in, and they cleaned it as well. I will do business with them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Anthony Nichols went above and beyond to help me get up and running again when my computer "died" and I needed access to my files. He dropped what he was doing to help. Anthony was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and understanding. The rest of the staff, including Jeremy, was equally customer-service oriented. Fair prices on used computers, superior customer service, knowledgeable repair staff, and locally owned. Overall, a rare find. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Silver Valley Community Resource Center had meeting with the DOJ by Zoom. We asked and received great service walking us through setting up the meeting. Not once but 2 times with another call for more assistance. Chris and Scott were so very helpful and patient. All this was all VOLUNTEER HELP. As we are a non profit, they were happy to help us. Thanking them over many times seems not enough for us. Please give this business your business it will be more than worth it. We need to keep this honest and reliable computer service here in the Silver Valley.

Had an excellent experience with Nichols purchasing a refurbished MacBook. Conveniently for me, he had one in stock just what I was looking for. Quick and easy process and the staff was courteous. I also needed an iPad screen and button repair and he referred me just down the left of the strip to a business called N8's that was able to give me a quote for that repair. Very kind and helpful and now I know where to go for any computer repair.

Scott not only did a fabulous job, but he didn't attempt to charge more for his original estimate to complete the job. I also ordered a new laptop with Scott and he added custom upgrades for that unit. I'm very happy with the outcome for both computers. It's great to deal with an honest tech who is knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely stay with Nichols computer for any future computer needs and I highly recommend them for all of your computer needs!

Quick 5 min repair. My computer went down, i told them exactly what happened, and just from that they narrlwed it down to two possibilities. Luckily it was the quick, easy fix, and not the we'll need to order a part and work on it for an hour fix. Thanks guys!

Was recently reminded of the fact that I never had reviewed for the pc that I had Scott build for my wife. I normally don't review things so it didn't occur to me, but he built her a machine with the case she wanted and the specs she wanted for a great price in a few days since they had almost all the parts on hand. He's always been super awesome about any tech related issues I've had when I call, so all my experiences with nichols computer have been awesome!

I love getting my computers here because they set the "new " one up just like the old one, except now it's fast. And it's set up just like my old one, so I know where everything is. So far we've bought refurbished computers here. The used computers work well and are affordable. I had the last one 4 years and had it upgraded for a friend. Still works well. They upgrade the computers with more memory and a bigger faster hard drive. I'm excited to have my "new" lighter faster replacement! Thanks, Dr Scott and Team!

Professional, and knowledgeable staff. Had a computer custom made and it was finished in a third of the time anywhere else said they'd be able to build one. They worked with me to build the perfect computer and the pricing was extremely reasonable

Nichols Computer is simply terrific. We've recently worked with them on a variety of home networking issue we were having. They quickly diagnosed the issues and came up with a comprehensive plan to solve our complex mess. In addition, the quality of work was A+; Everything is super neat and well done. Along the way, they provided cost options and used their expertise to make recommendations and improvements. Everyone on the team is highly professional, friendly, and considerate and can handle any size project or job. After working with them, I can't imaging trusting anyone else with our needs (computers, networking, repairs, both MAC & PC, etc...) I also own a small business and plan to strategize with them on how to expand my company to function at different locations. These guys are the real deal; genuine, smart, highly skilled, and a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful experience. Attentive and capable staff, purchased a refurbished computer. Always available for a quick check up and to answer questions. The refurbished unit was half the price of a new one with the same or better quality of components..

The Nichols team diagnosed and repaired/upgraded my custom built desktop. There was a slight glitch and I returned to the store and they resolved it immediately. I was extremely impressed with the expertise and very reasonable prices. Earlier I bought a refurbished laptop for my 8-yr-old granddaughter. For what I got, the price was outstanding! My computer has been broken for weeks, and I haven't been able to get it to a shop because they all wanted a week or two to fix it. (Without even looking at it). Took it to Nichols and within an hour it was fixed very inexpensively, and done RIGHT. I will never take my computer anywhere else for work, you can trust these guys and they're kind, pleasant and friendly. Thank you Anthony and Nichols Computer!

I purchased my first computer build and Scott put the whole thing together. I was able to see how he was doing things which was really cool of him to allow. On occasion I’ve had to call in and ask a brief technical question and right away they have the answer or at least they point you in the correct direction. The guys are always friendly and they have superior technical knowledge. Highly recommend for all your performance, upgrade, and build needs.

My laptop’s hard drive was on its last legs and I thankfully took it to Scott at Nichol’s. The entire staff was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. Scott replaced my hard drive, and increased my ram for a fair price. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my computer needs. Thanks guys 💕

Just dropped off my computer to be checked out and repaired. Nichols was a really nice and helpful. He genuinely seems like he wants to help you out and seems to really know what he's doing. He also gave good advice regarding other tech endeavors.

I dropped my computer and damaged the hard drive, so I decided to take it into N8’s Tech Services next door to Nichols. N8’s determined I had a damaged hard drive and with what needed fixed, they recommended Nichols. They got it fixed and taken care, as well as replaced the battery. When I got my computer home, there was a problem with windows, so I got in contact with Nichols and someone came in outside of operating hours the next day to take care of it. 5/5 ⭐️

Needed to buy a new laptop, actually my first laptop in a long time, and Dr. Scott and Anthony were great at helping me to pick out the right one. They have even been able to answer all of my questions after the purchase, unlike some places that want you to buy additional support, they have provided it to me anytime I needed it. Great people to work with and a pleasure doing business with.

I have left my computer/laptop with several other computer tech stores in CDA throughout the years. I read some great reviews about Nichols computer, so I decided to have them upgrade my desktop storage computer. Everyone at Nichols computer are awesome and helpful. Scott went above and beyond the call of duty for the project. Since my desktop computer is old, Scott spent many more hours with the upgrade than anticipated. He not only did a fabulous job, but he didn't attempt to charge more for his original estimate to complete the job. I also ordered a new laptop with Scott and he added custom upgrades for that unit. I'm very happy with the outcome for both computers. It's great to deal with an honest tech who is knowledgeable and professional. This is a great computer repair shop! I called around CDA looking for prices to get the data off my broken computer and was shocked at quotes I got. Some were as high 1,500 dollars. Anthony asked me questions about how it was damaged and invited me in for a diagnosis. He checked it out and said he was confident he could receive the data. He succeeded and my total bill was a tiny fraction of what others quoted. I am very happy with the service and the price.

So I normally go to the CdA Store, but checked this out on there grand opening. Was really impressed at there new store, and the GM they have, Chris, is a really nice guy. Have been dealing with Nichols for several years now, and they have always dealt with me in a professional and honest matter. I highly recommend them.
